RENTAL RATES
(3 hours event time / 2 hours for setup and clean up day of event)
MON - FRI: $1500
SAT – SUN : $1800
*** $100 per each additional hour
SECURITY DEPOSIT
$500 (refundable following the event)
MISCELLANEOUS
CATERING: Provision of food provided by client or ArtHaus recommendations
PARKING: Several garages nearby. Valet Parking can be arranged by client
CLEAN UP: Responsibility of client
SMOKING: Outside ONLY
ALCOHOL: Provision of alcohol for the event is the client's responsibility. Client is responsible for all guests consuming alcoholic beverages.
